Allscripts User Group Meeting - hosted by QIDE REC

All QIDE REC clients utilizing an Allscripts EHR system are invited to join experienced Allscripts user and QIDE REC Medical Director, Dr. Edward Sobel, as he provider hands-on user group training sessions to help you more efficiently use your Allscripts EHR system.  Take advantage of this opportunity to learn from a physician that has been an active Allscripts user for 6+ years.

These free learning sessions are for EHR users only, including physicians, office managers, and any super-users in your practice. Dr. Sobel will illustrate how to properly chart a visit, make customizations, build shortcuts, design protocols, and much more. HITECH Stage 2 Notice of Proposed Rule Making Webinar

The Philadelphia Regional Office of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will be hosting a second Webinar & teleconference on the HITECH Stage 2 Notice of Proposed Rule Making on Thursday, April 26, 2012, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  This Webinar will be cover the same information that was covered on the April 5th call.  This call will focus on the proposed changes to the HITECH requirements for eligible professionals.  Topics that will be addressed on the Webinar include:
 
  • Minor changes to Stage 1 Meaningful Use 
  • Stage 2 of Meaningful Use 
  • New clinical quality measures
  • New clinical quality measure reporting mechanisms
  • Appeals
  • Details on the Medicare payment adjustments
