Seven Delaware medical practices were recognized at a Meaningful Use Ceremony hosted by Quality Insights of Delaware - Regional Extension Center (QIDE REC) for their leadership in the nationwide transition toward electronic health records (EHRs).  These practices include: Dover Family Physicians (Dover), Irena O. Stolar, M.D. (Newark), Beacon Family Practice (Millsboro), Family Practice Center (Lewes), Southern Delaware Medical Group (Milford), Milford Medical Associates (Milford) and Shore View Medical (Milton).

Officials from the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Medical Society of Delaware, as well as Senator Michael Katz were in attendance to honor and congratulate these practices for the great strides they have made towards advancing the quality of health care they collectively provide to over 30,000 Delawareans through health information technology.
